Synopsis

Hikari is a high school student who is good at drawing and dreams of becoming a painter in the future. One day, Picasso is involved in an accident with his only friend Chiaki, who dies. Picasso returns to his daily life without feeling Chiaki’s death, but then Chiaki appears in front of him in the form of a fairy. After the accident, Picasso had also acquired the ability to sketch the darkness of people’s hearts and enter into their paintings (inside their hearts). Thus, Picasso, together with the dead Chiaki, begins to resolve the darkness in the hearts of his classmates.

Review

This manga is a story that sketches the complex world of the minds of adolescent boys and girls. The author has many peculiar works, but this manga can be recommended to many people. The story is divided into several episodes, and the entire volume is only 3 volumes, making it easy to read. While many stories, not only manga, often resort to excessive traumatizing effects, this manga does not resort to any such thing. The characters’ trivial yet serious concerns are not ridiculed or exaggeratedly fussed over; they are simply taken seriously.
