It is a manga that personifies the cells that work 24 hours a day, 365 days a year in the human body. Pneumococcus, hay fever, influenza, abrasions, and other threats attack this world (body) one after another. What kind of battle is going on inside the body at that time? White blood cells, red blood cells, platelets, B cells, T cells, etc., are working without a break today.

Review

This is a unique perspective manga about anthropomorphic body cells. The cells in our body have many different roles for each cell type. The cellular characters in this manga work based on their actual cellular roles. Furthermore, their appearance and personalities are also inspired by their actual cellular roles, and knowledge is naturally acquired as you read the manga. Above all, it is a story inside our “human” bodies, so all the readers are a part of this world, which is probably the reason why it attracts so many readers. Because of its excellent educational perspective, the COVID-19 pandemic has attracted renewed attention worldwide.
